MILTON JUNIOR WOMAN'S CLUB SCHOLARSHIPS
ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES:
1. Applicant must have been a resident of Milton for the past two years.
2. Applicant must be a high school senior, or accepted as a full time student at an institution of higher learning.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants should complete and collect the following 4 components and submit as a single packet:
1. Completed and Signed Application Cover Page and Form, including the following questions:
• Employment Experience
• Extracurricular and Personal Activities
2. Personal Essay, not to exceed two typewritten pages, double-spaced. Please discuss which employment experience, extracurricular or personal activity has had the most meaning for you and why. Feel free to be creative, since this is your best opportunity to convey to the committee those qualities that distinguish you from other applicants.
3. Letters of Recommendation (2) using the attached forms, in sealed envelopes signed by the preparer across the seal.
4. An official stamped copy of transcript.
DOCUMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 25, 2005. (Late submissions will not be accepted)

AWARD PROCEDURE:
A committee of members of the Milton Junior Woman•s Club will complete formal evaluation of applications. Scholarships will be awarded by May 30, 2005. Payments are made directly to the recipient.
Applicants who receive Full Scholarships from their school must notify the Scholarship Committee by May 13, 2005.
