Milton Junior Woman’s Club
2008 Community Grant Requirements
The Milton Junior Women's Club has announced
that applications for the club's 2008 community
grants are now available.
Any tax-exempt organization that assists Milton
residents or enriches the community is invited
to complete a simple grant application and
submit it to MJWC by January 22, 2008. The club
will review all applications at its March
business meeting and grants will be awarded to
organizations by beginning of April. Grant
amounts typically vary from $250-$2,000.

applications be filled out and sent via e-mail

unavailable to your organization, they may be
mailed to MJWC, P.O. Box 344, Milton, MA 02186
Last year the MJWC handed out $7,475 to 9 local
organizations, including the town’s Gym Buddy
Program, Friends of the Milton Public Library,
The Milton Food Pantry, The Milton Council on
Aging and Milton Early Childhood Alliance.
The MJWC is a philanthropic organization with a
long history of providing funding to non-profit
organizations and charities that benefit Milton
residents. Funds for community grants come from
proceeds of The Milton Road Race, an annual
event sponsored by the MJWC and held each spring
in the town.
